Did you sell your weensy leathers before the g-men raided? If not, I'd be interested in checking out the pants, at least, and possibly the jacket. Please post if you still have them. Thanks!:Banane42:

also been asked to flog an old suit my wife sold to a friend who now wants to replace it. bates, custom-made, blue with red and white trim (jacket, pents, matching boots). made for woman 5'2", 125 pounds, but fit our 5-5' friend well. suit is well broken in (i.e. worn) and is the older style with doubled leather protective patches but no real modern armor. comes with matching sweater.
the question is how you get a look. maybe mail you photos?

it would be good to have a snail-mail address as well, and i can mail you a bigger selection of prints.
I presume you saw my post above on this thread that I also have another woman's suit for sale. I'm selling both on behalf of former riding students of mine, altho the blue/white suit was originally made by bates for my wife, and has been sold around a few times.

Thanks, Terry! Weird problem with my email. Some messages get to me and others don't--and unless I'm expecting them, I have no way of knowing what's gotten bounced. Tech folks tell me it's a temporary problem that should sort itself out in a day or two. We'll see.

As you suggested, sending me a msg with photos attached on Sunday or Monday may be just the ticket. If I don't get an email from you by Tuesday, maybe we can exchange phone #s. I can call & give you my snailmail address. Did read about the Bates custom suit, and would be willing to look at photos; however my main interest is in the Vanson pants and jacket.

well, jody bought the smallest set and has offered no complaints. I have yet to meet jody but if she fits those leathers she must be an elfin lady indeed.
