Another Sunday, another SMR - ho hum :p ... so this was my SECOND MSMC SMR on my own bike. The weather was foggy at times and the morning air was cold, so for me the ride was not as fun as the one two weeks prior. However, I am feeling more comfortable and I got to wear my new silver ARAI helmet. What I really wanted was the pink Z1R helmet:

Unfortunately, Road Rider had neither one in stock and I really needed a new helmet as my old one cracked at Laguna Seca when it fell off the bike. In the end I bought the same helmet I had before - an ARAI Quantum - but in silver. My previous one was candy apple red to match my Blast, but later got painted powder blue/silver to match my Bonneville. Maybe I'll do again what I did before - custom paint job.
