Anyone want an '05 R6? Ridden only on Sundays to church and back by a little old lady? '06 styling is interesting to me; I think the GP-style exhaust will grow on me. I don't care much about the 17.5k redline, 15.5 has been fine for me, but what's killing me is that slipper clutch... I want it i want it i want it... :mad: An aftermarket one would be about a grand installed, and I can't bring myself to do it...

About that redline; people have seen significant discrepancies from the displayed rpm's on motorcycle tachs on the 600's compared to the theoretically more accurate rpm display on the dynos as the bikes are tested. I.E. that 15.5 redline is closer to 14K when measured and displayed accurately (for both the ZX-6RR and the R6). I wonder if the same would be true on the new "17.5k" one.
