Nothing much new from Honda in 2006....no new VFR....no V5 Blackbird...no big changes to the sportbikes....the 599 is back at an even higher price....

Perhaps their R&D budget was depleted by pursuing glory in GP, WSBK and AMA....uhhhhh...doh!

Latest buzz is that the airbag may not be available on many bikes at all, and was more of a neat press release for Honda. Looking at where it goes when it expands, I wonder if you have radar detector / gps / random gadget sitting there if it would be fired at you or if the bag would cover it. I would imagine that worrying about those gadgets is minor if you're crashing into something hard enough to fire the airbag, but I'm just wondering if you could even mount things like that anymore.
