OK, now that that's settled, what did you guys think? How can one racer have so much dominance over that track, whether he's riding a crappy outclassed Kawasaki, or an underpowered Ducati vs. a Suzuki hyperbike? I don't get how EBoz does it each and every year.

Sorry for the late response, I finally watched the race. EBoz got the holeshot, and it was "here we go again..."

He owns that tight little track! Yates gave him a run at the end, to no avail. Mladin wasn't a contender.

Eric has won, what, 6 of 8 of the Superbike races ever held at Pikes Peak? And on different bikes?

Perhaps it's because the track is so short and tight, it doesn't give the faster bikes much breathing room, and Eric's clearly comfortable there so any handling differences are moot. At this point, it may be psychological, he seems unbeatable there.

I like watching EBoz race there as it demonstrates his talent, he can really hang off the bike, and used to turn inside the other riders when he rode the 750 Kawi against the bigger Superbikes.

Did you see...who was it...Zemke? Smoke his tire for what seemed like a hundred yards?
