thinking of going to lassen and shasta via nevada city 49 to 89 then up to lassen. will be set for camping or hotel. any suggestions as to roads, lodging or restaraunts? leaving mid friday back to marin sunday pm. Thanks for any suggestions

No good suggestions Joe, other than to say I'm jealous. :D I love riding through Lassen; I have a great memory of coasting all the way down from the peak with the engine off before I learned that wasn't ideal for a motorcycle's transmission. Have a great time!

Scott, calendar is getting jammed and the weather window is closing. I couldnt get to Tinsley until Saturday any way. A one day cruise doesn't cut it. So I guess I'll be on the bike. Also, it's probably better for my cholesteral level. Remember....the Stag is a lot like riding...it is all about pace!
